- Written cancellation notice received more than 16 days prior to arrival date incur no charges.
- Written cancellations made within 16 days of arrival date will be charged either 50% of the total room payment for bookings of more than 4 nights, or 2 nights accommodation will be charged for bookings of less than 4 nights.
- No-shows will be charged 50% fee of the total booking amount.
There is a compulsory New Years Eve Dinner Party on December 31st for all guests. The cost is THB590.- Net/ Adult, THB 290. - Net/Child (4-11 years).
