An introduction to Buddhism is the theme for the first part of this short trip, one that takes visitors to Wat Srisoda, at the foot of Doi Suthep. Once there, you will see Buddhist monks having their morning prayer and making the traditional Buddhist food offering. You will also be able to experience a bit of traditional Thai culture by offering food to the monks. From there, you will go to the morning market and observe how the people of Chiang Mai carry on their daily lives with a rickshaw ride through Chiang Mai Town.
